MR.DAKGALBI

Mr Dakgalbi, a Korean dish which made by stir-frying marinated chicken in a gochujang (chili pepper paste) based sauce and sliced cabbage, sweet potato, scallions, onions and perilla leaves, served with kimchi, salad and soup. It’s a brilliant way to eat with rice and cheese. Mr. Dakgalbi, it is all about “Dak- galbi” means “Chicken” with special serving together with ramen or rice.
